Do you need to meet with a group? Do you need to use specialized computer software this is only available in a few locations on campus? Do you have a phone interview with an employer?
The library can help with all of these needs. Read on for a list of meeting rooms, spaces, and items that can help you get your work done.
Tech Suites: Equipped with a plasma screen, computer, 6 – 7 chairs, and a table, these enclosed rooms can be reserved in advance or in the moment for up to 3 hours at a time. They are perfect for meeting with project groups. Learn more.
- Locations: 111, 111A, 112, 112A, 120, 121, 212, 217, 316
- How to Use: Reserve online via Outlook and/or in person at the Tech Suite Reservation Station where you will also need to pick up the key with your WPI ID.
Express Tech Suites: These tech suites are only available without a reservation and cannot be reserved in advance. They have a 1-hour time limit and are first come, first serve.

- How to Use: Inquire if one is available at the Tech Suite Reservation Station at the exact time that you need it.
Anderson Labs A & B: The labs are designed and used primarily for classes and instruction. These computers are also equipped with specialized software and programs. The labs can be reserved in advance by WPI staff and faculty only but can be used as backup express Tech Suites from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. On nights past 5PM and on weekends, the labs are completely open for use by all members of the WPI community including students. The labs are located within the multimedia lab.
Multimedia Lab: The multimedia lab is a first come, first serve lab that is open and available to everyone. Located on the first floor in room 117, the lab computers are equipped with specialized software and programs.
Room 205: Do you have a Skype interview or do you need a place to make a private phone call with an employer? Inquire at the Tech Suite Reservation Station and/or the library Information Desk about using Room 205. It is a small room that is designed for one person. The library accepts walk-ins and reservations. There is wireless and cell phone reception.
Accessories: We also provide many accessories to ensure that your meetings are effective. We loan network cables, VGA cables, basic calculators, small whiteboards, headphones, microphones, flip cameras and web cameras. We also have a conference phone that can be checked out and used as a speaker phone if necessary.
